Iona McCall and Constantina Phnou were at art college in Dundee together, and at the covid lockdown of 2020 Constantina, from Cyprus, had nowhere to go. lona’s family gave her a home for several months, quirk of fate which led to her becoming involved in the Welcome Panel.
